o    Coordinated and developed alternate means of delivery to mitigate the impact on customer service at the Help Desk; and to reduce overall cost of the rollout by over $2,000,000.

·         Authored documentation that assisted technical staff in better troubleshooting techniques for such disciplines as network security intrusion identification, Virtual Private Networking (VPN) and Remote LAN Access (Dial-Up Networking); information ultimately reduced training time by over thirty-percent and saved approximately two full-time employees per year in staff requirements. 

·         Created training and troubleshooting manuals for the Customers Support Center (CSC) help desk.

o    Primary technical trainer for Customer Support Center (CSC) help desk designed training plan for new technicians.
