· Authored documentation that assisted technical staff in better troubleshooting techniques for such disciplines as network security intrusion identification, Virtual Private Networking (VPN) and Remote LAN Access (Dial-Up Networking); information ultimately reduced training time by over thirty-percent and saved approximately two full-time employees per year in staff requirements.
· Created training and troubleshooting manuals for the Customers Support Center (CSC) help desk.
